《全球化視野下的創(chuàng)業(yè)學和人才管理：全球海歸》
本書包括兩大部分，第一部分以中國的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗和成功案例為核心，重點關注人才流動、海歸和公共政策之間的相互影響。第一部分有七個章節(jié)。第一章主要介紹中國最新的國家人才戰(zhàn)略和人才政策，討論了中國高層次人才流動大背景下以人才為核心的政策發(fā)展趨勢。第二章從公共政策的視角，介紹古往今來海歸從政的經(jīng)驗，并結(jié)合歷史案例分析，未來海歸對中國公共政策的影響。第三章從歷史的角度看海歸對商業(yè)領域發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化進程的影響，包括創(chuàng)新、提高生產(chǎn)力、促進經(jīng)濟增長等。第四章從制度影響的角度，比較海外華人創(chuàng)業(yè)者和中國創(chuàng)業(yè)者的人力資本，發(fā)現(xiàn)性別、年齡和教育背景對是否有意成為創(chuàng)業(yè)者具有重要影響。第五章分析海歸人才如何影響中國企業(yè)國際化，指出要更好地促進中國企業(yè)走出去，應該更注重人才管理和發(fā)揮海歸人才的作用。第六章研究中國在英留學生和海外華人社會的關系，強調(diào)當?shù)厝A人社會、大學的交流互動，對培養(yǎng)中國留學生人才起到非常重要的作用。第七章聚焦從美國回到中國的回歸移民和創(chuàng)業(yè)，從社會資本的視角理解跨國界創(chuàng)業(yè)學領域。

Brief
Talent has become the most important resource for organizations across a wide range of sectors throughout the world including business, non-profit, and government. These organizations are now engaged in an increasingly fierce competition to acquire the best talent as they seek to gain the upper hand in today’s fast changing environment. By combining the body of knowledge on entrepreneurship and talent management from a global perspective, this book provides a synthesized understanding of entrepreneurial mobility and talent management in the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.
The expert contributors combine empirical evidence and case studies to provide a nuanced understanding of global talent management from an international comparative perspective.
