近日,由全球化智庫(CCG)主任王輝耀博士和CCG秘書長苗綠博士主編的全英文著作?The Globalization of Chinese Enterprises: Trends and Characteristics(《中國企業(yè)全球化:趨勢與特征》)在國際著名學(xué)術(shù)性出版社——Springer(斯普林格)出版。本書調(diào)查分析了近3000個數(shù)據(jù)樣本,采用定量和定性研究相結(jié)合的方法,分析了中國企業(yè)在海外經(jīng)營時所面臨的挑戰(zhàn),對中國企業(yè)全球化的特征和模式提出了獨(dú)特的見解,并通過分析為已經(jīng)和計(jì)劃“走出去”的企業(yè)提供有益參考。

 

中國企業(yè)全球化是21世紀(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化最顯著的特征之一。盡管經(jīng)歷了2008年的金融危機(jī),全球?qū)ν馔顿Y疲軟,但在“走出去”倡議下,中國對外投資一路向好,同時在投資方式、目的地、產(chǎn)業(yè)等方面也在逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)多元化。在部分國家反全球化情緒日益高漲,中國企業(yè)全球化面對新的挑戰(zhàn)之際,本書對中國企業(yè)全球化的現(xiàn)狀與未來提出了獨(dú)特的見解,主要研究了三方面內(nèi)容,包括中國企業(yè)全球化的現(xiàn)狀原因分析和相應(yīng)的解決方案,以及對企業(yè)、政府機(jī)構(gòu)和其他機(jī)構(gòu)的相關(guān)建議。

本書第一章主要研究了當(dāng)前世界對外投資的趨勢與特點(diǎn)。書中指出,2017年全球經(jīng)濟(jì)和全球貨物貿(mào)易均以2011年以來最快速度增長,增長速度分別達(dá)到3%和4.7%。然而,全球外國直接投資則在2016、2017年連續(xù)兩年下降。例如,2017年,跨境并購和公布的綠地投資分別下降了22%和14%。此外,發(fā)達(dá)國家的投資水平急劇變化,而發(fā)展中國家的投資水平保持穩(wěn)定和強(qiáng)勁??偟膩碚f,國際投資政策正變得更加自由化并具支持性,但某些國家采取的保護(hù)主義措施仍令人擔(dān)憂。

本書第二章主要分析了中國對外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀與特點(diǎn)。書中指出,盡管貿(mào)易壁壘不斷上加大,反全球化趨勢上升,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)仍在持續(xù)增長和發(fā)展。據(jù)國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局統(tǒng)計(jì),2017年,中國GDP總量首次突破80萬億元大關(guān),達(dá)到82.7萬億元,同比增長6.9%,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)年度增速自2011年下行以來的首次回升。目前,盡管中國企業(yè)對外直接投資放緩,但投資領(lǐng)域和投資模式趨于穩(wěn)定,投資多元化、領(lǐng)域拓寬,尤其在“一帶一路”沿線投資中取得了豐碩成果。

本書第三章聚焦中國企業(yè)全球化面臨的問題及其對策。書中指出,隨著中國企業(yè)“走出去”的步伐不斷加快,中國企業(yè)在全球化進(jìn)程中遇到了各種各樣的問題,包括管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力不足,例如法律和政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn);參與制定國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的程度低;企業(yè)品牌國際化戰(zhàn)略的障礙;以及企業(yè)人才國際化的有限性。為了幫助解決這些問題,本章分析了各個領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)狀和挑戰(zhàn),提出了原因分析,并據(jù)此提出了合理的解決方案。此外,本書還統(tǒng)計(jì)收錄了2016至2017年間879家中國企業(yè)對外投資情況。
